Payment

Depending on your personal preference, you are welcome to settle your bill on your day of departure by cash or with a credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Diners Club).

With a stay of over 7 nights, a reduction of 5% will be given per full-paying person.

Golf

Guests of the Spa Hotel Zedern Klang receive a reduction on the greenfee of 10% at the “Dolomiten-Golf-Osttitol” golf course in Lavant near Lienz.

Pets

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the Spa Hotel Zedern Klang.

Kinder

There is an outdoor play area with a sandbox, tree house, trampoline and places to climb for our smaller guests. Children can also expect lots of fun and games in the hotels own children’s room with its slide, climbing wall, lots of toys and much more. The Spa Hotel Zedern Klang also has a children’s wellness pack and children’s menus

Children in the spa and wellness area

Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the sauna and wellness area. Of course, our small guests are warmly welcomed in the indoor and outdoor pools.

On request, we will gladly provide you with a crib or a high chair, free of charge.

Non-smoking hotel

Smoking is forbidden inside the Hotel Zedern Klang.

Travel insurance

We recommend that our guests takeout travel and curtailment insurance in case of illness, search and handling costs, natural events and eventual costs for ending the trip prematurely.
